Welcome to TASCH Shows & Events. By booking our services, entering into an agreement, or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Definitions
“The Agency”, “We”, “Us”: Refers to TASCH Shows & Events, representing and booking professional artists, acrobats, dancers, and custom acts.
“The Client”, “You”: The individual, company, or organization booking services or entering into an agreement with the Agency.
“Artist”, “Performer”: Any acrobat, dancer, musician, or entertainer supplied by or booked through the Agency.
“Event”: The specific occasion, show, or project for which the Agency’s services are hired.
2. Bookings & Agreements
2.1 Agreement: A booking is officially confirmed only when a formal quotation or contract has been signed by both parties (or a written/email confirmation has been accepted by the Agency) and any required deposit has been received.
2.2 Scope of Work: The performance details, schedule, technical requirements, and financial terms are specified in the individual event contract or quotation. Any changes to the agreed scope must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.
3. Pricing, Invoicing & Payment Terms
3.1 Pricing: All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Prices exclude VAT (BTW) unless stated otherwise.
3.2 Payment Schedule: Unless agreed otherwise in writing, a deposit (typically 30% to 50%) is required upon booking confirmation. The remaining balance is due within 14 days following the invoice date post-event.
3.3 Late Payments: In the event of late payment, statutory interest and administrative fees will apply from the due date.
4. Cancellations & Postponements
4.1 Cancellation by the Client:
Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the event may incur a cancellation fee covering incurred preparatory costs.
Cancellations made within 30 days of the event will be charged at 50% of the total agreed fee.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the event will be charged at 100% of the total agreed fee.
4.2 Cancellation by the Agency: In the unlikely event of force majeure (including severe illness, injury, extreme weather conditions affecting safety, or circumstances beyond our control), the Agency reserves the right to cancel or postpone the performance. We will make every reasonable effort to provide a suitable replacement of equal caliber or reschedule the event.
5. Safety, Venue & Technical Requirements
5.1 Performance Space & Safety: The Client must ensure that the performance venue is safe, structurally sound, and meets all legal health and safety regulations. For aerial acts (such as the Lollipop Lyra or rigging-based acts), the venue must provide verified rigging points or a suitable flat, level surface as specified in our technical riders.
5.2 Right to Stop Performance: Artists and Agency representatives reserve the right to halt or refuse to start a performance if safety conditions are compromised, equipment is deemed unsafe by the performers, or if audience behavior poses a direct threat to the safety of the artists. The full fee remains payable under such circumstances.
5.3 Facilities: The Client shall provide appropriate, secure, and private changing/dressing facilities for the artists, including access to drinking water.
6. Intellectual Property & Media
6.1 Content Rights: All concepts, custom show designs, choreography, and promotional materials created by TASCH Shows & Events remain the intellectual property of the Agency.
6.2 Photography & Filming: The Client and event attendees are permitted to take photos and videos for personal or promotional use, provided that TASCH Shows & Events and the performing artists are properly credited. Commercial exploitation of performance recordings requires prior written consent from the Agency.
7. Liability
7.1 Agency Liability: The Agency’s liability for any direct damage arising from the performance of our services is strictly limited to the total value of the specific invoice for that event. We are not liable for indirect losses, consequential damages, or loss of profits.
7.2 Client Liability: The Client is held financially responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to the Agency’s or artists’ equipment caused by event staff, guests, or poor venue conditions during the event.
8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium. Any disputes arising from agreements with TASCH Shows & Events shall be submitted to the competent courts of the district where the Agency is registered.
